Your day begins with the peaceful setup of your beach ceremony site, complete with up to 30 white resin-padded chairs arranged for your closest loved ones. A stunning wedding arch stands at the front, styled with décor to match your chosen color schematic, adding the perfect touch of romance against the natural seaside backdrop. From the first "save the date," we make planning easy and organized. You’ll receive digital invitations and personalized bridal registry links for your guests — simple, stylish, and eco-friendly. To inspire your planning journey, we provide design inspiration boards and a venue site layout schematic, helping you visualize how your beach celebration will unfold

We understand that every couple has a unique vision and budget, so we guide you through a detailed budget analysis review to ensure everything aligns with your priorities. On the big day, a “Message in a Bottle” guest table welcomes your friends and family, inviting them to leave you sweet notes and memories. As the ceremony approaches, we help coordinate every detail — from the rehearsal to the final timeline and processional management — making sure everyone knows where to be, and when. Your floral elements will be custom-designed to reflect your style, including a bridal bouquet, up to two bridesmaid bouquets, a groom’s boutonniere, and up to two groomsmen boutonnieres — all carefully curated to complement your coastal theme

As guests arrive, they can cool off at our Thirsty Hydration Bar, offering refreshing drinks to beat the beachside sun. Your unity sand table will be beautifully prepared — a meaningful moment symbolizing your union in a timeless beach tradition. From setup to sendoff, we’re here to handle everything — the décor, the coordination, the beauty, and the behind-the-scenes — so you can focus on what matters most: saying "I do" surrounded by love and sea.

Can I book you for individual services?

Yes! We offer individual services for day-of-coordination, photography, decorations, and officiant.

How far can we book our wedding date, and what's required?

"You can book our services up to twelve months in advance of your wedding date. A 'Save the Date' deposit is required to secure your booking date.

Do have preferred locations for outdoor venues?

Yes, upon booking with us we will go over the location sites.

Are there any extra fees I should know before my booking?

Please note that travel outside our service area will incur an additional travel fee. Products and services outside of the standard package will also include extra fees,
